Cancellation Policy
Due to the nature of fragrance products and hygiene considerations, refunds and returns are subject to specific conditions.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not been dispatched.
Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.
Returns & Refund Eligibility
Refunds or replacements are only accepted if:
The product arrives damaged
The wrong product was delivered
The product is defective upon receipt
Conditions for Approval
Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
Proof of purchase is required

Opened or used perfumes
Change-of-mind purchases
Promotional or discounted items (unless defective)
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment method used.
